Location: Ft. Knox, KY
-Clearance required: Secret
-Perform analytical, evaluation and maintenance duties in support of: Customer requirements to include desktop\laptop, software, and peripheral installation/configuration.
-Responsible for ultimately ensuring functionality of automated voice/data processing equipment.
-Serve as a technician for trouble calls relating to the user, associated network systems, file servers, and the network hardware and/or software.
-Provide, implement, and/or coordinate solutions to reported and discerned problems.
-Perform user and database administrative responsibilities to include all current and future system hardware components, software installation, configuration, and operation.
-Provide/implement recommendation(s) on system changes and operational procedures needed to increase efficiency.
-Maintain record copies of system/equipment software disks and documentation.
-Administer customer accounts to include establishment, deletion and modification of system accounts, VPN accounts, BlackBerry accounts, and e-mail accounts.
-Maintain IP scheme and the log of all locations and addresses.
-Administer system access control and server share access.
-Provide a written activity report every week on actions taken during the week.
-Experience supporting and maintaining Windows networks including Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Windows OS (XP/Vista/Server 2003), and Microsoft Office 2007.
-Security+ Certification within the last three years or ability to achieve certification with in 6 month.
