Desktop Publisher

CGI is looking for a Desktop Publisher to join the Proposals team in our Fairfax, VA office. The desktop publisher will design, format and produce proposal documents and related materials. The activities will happen in accordance with RFP specifications and or under the direction of a proposal manager.

The Desktop publisher must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a proposal production environment. They must be able to produce consistency accurate work under tight deadlines. Must be able to work flexible hours, especially during proposal production.

Advanced proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint and Adobe illustrator is mandatory. Intermediate proficiency in Excel is desired.

Ability to design and integrate graphics, tables, and charts is desired.

Formal training in desktop publishing and/or document design a plus.

Skills Required:

•5+ years of experience with MS Office 2003 and 2007
•5+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe suite
•5+ years of experience with Graphic Design
