Desktop Support Team Lead

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users of varying degrees of difficulty



• Respond to trouble calls in a timely manner, in accordance with internal SLA's



• Setup new computers for training classes and new incoming employees (including re-imaging, loading new software applications and setting up new peripheral connections)



• Provide leadership for a small team of support technicians



• Work numerous projects simultaneously



• Hands-on Desktop/Deskside support experience is required, candidates that have mostly phone support or helpdesk experience will not be qualified

Are you interested? The ideal Desktop Support Team Lead candidate will possess:

• A+ and Network+ certifications or skill level



• Previous leadership responsibilities are required



• At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on desktop support role



• The ability to commute to the Boulder area Monday-Friday 8a-5p

This is a long term contract opportunity that does not have the ability to provide relocation assistance, so local candidates are preferred.
