Serves as the initial point of contact, provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of :
* Hardware/software support for PC (Desktop and Laptop)and Mac.
* Printer support (network and local).
* Blackberry/PDA support (Windows CE and Palm OS).
* VOIP support.
Must be able to obtain a Clearance; Active TS or 6C clearance a plus. Must
have 2-3 years experience, excellent oral and written communications
skills and demonstrate a positive customer service attitude.
