Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide personal computer support, problem analysis, and hardware/software installation and configuration in a customer oriented environment
Troubleshoot a wide array of Laptops, Desktops, Blackberries, and assorted peripherals
Provide help desk services to end-users
Provide end-user productivity software support & training (Internet, MS Office, Outlook, Adobe)
Configure communication devices and peripherals
Connect and restore PC Workstations to operational status

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidate will have 2+ years of hands on Desktop Support
Experience with Symantec Ghost and imaging workstations
Experience with setting up and supporting Blackberries
Experience with Remedy ticketing system a plus
Experience with CAC readers a plus
Experience supporting & troubleshooting Windows XP and Active Directory
Strong understanding of Desktop to Server relationships
Possess the ability to work well within a team
Good verbal & written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and be proactive with job responsibilities
Excellent inter-personal skills
Education and training requirements
A+ Certification required
Microsoft Certification is a plus in one of the following: (MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
