Strong desktop support technician needed to provide on-site user support.
Schedule: Mondays to Wednesdays from 3 PM - 11 PM
Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM
Due to the off hours it is highly recommended that candidates have access to a motor vehicle.

Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge / experience with Windows based PC and Server systems.
- Strong understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, especially Ethernet, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, and Broadband (DSL/Cable/FIOS) technologies.
- Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on site or remotely.
- Able to service/repair all types of PC hardware.
- Able to build and image a server from scratch.
- Able to fix problems caused by viruses / spyware / etc.
- Excellent people and customer service skills, communication skills.
