Job Description
The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for handling hardware and software support and troubleshooting on site at an Atos Origin client. The role is dynamic and involves a multitude of skills and experience. One key element to the role is the face-to-face interaction by the Desktop Support Technician with users who will be receiving support and as such, strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Support will involve MS Office, wireless, VPN, hardware fixes and Windows XP oversight, among a host of other technologies.
