Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for leading the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications
- Write code for system designs that span platforms
- Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
- Write detailed technical specifications for applications and identify integration points
- Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects
- Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle
- Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach
- Review vendor research and gap analysis, make vendor recommendation to technical team and client

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6 or more years of related work experience
- 1 or more years of experience in a technical lead role
- Experience programming using ASP.Net, C# language
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience using TFS versioning and build tools
- Experience using Web Service debugging tools
- Knowledge of interfacing PL/SQL stored procedures with web application
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration
- Knowledge of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
- Experience with Flowcharting tools
- PC Skills

Business Specific Criteria (Preferred Skills):
- Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology
- Healthcare Industry knowledge
- Experience with DMT and SSPT
- Experience with CAWS
- Experience using PL/SQL and Oracle
- Experience with AJAX
- Experience with Unix operating systems
- Experience extending Microsoft Controls
