We have an immediate need for a Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Developer will be expected to do the following:
- Partner with business analyst to drive out application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the business and technical community.
- Make necessary code modification to meet expected results based on the application requirements.
- Review project deliverables for completeness and quality and compliance with established project standards.
- Plan, direct, and implement strategy for gathering system requirements from the business partners, downstream IT partners, Data Management and Architecture/IT Solutions teams.
- Responsible for ensuring final product meets stated business and technical requirements.
- Properly archive code changes using the current source code management tools.
- Interpretation of business, functional and technical requirements to implement code changes.
- Develop proper technical specification documents to reflect system changes.

The Developer will be responsible for producing the following:
- Technical Specifications Documentation
- Code modifications
- Issues and Risks Tracking related to development

Required Skill set
The Developer must possess the following skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks related to development effort and escalating them as needed.
- Experience with source code repository and code deployment procedures.
- J2EE.
- .Net (C#).
- Web Sphere application server.
- Oracle 10G.
