  Clinical Lab Tech

Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Lab Tech to work with their diagnostics team. the Lab Tech will receive incoming samples perform various QA/QC testing, and report data. Some other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Disposal of bio hazardous and chemical waste material as described in safety protocols
  • Providing input regarding training and checklists.
  •  Assisting with the department quality improvement program.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
     
Job Requirements
  • BS in Medical Technology preferred (ASCP certified) or BS in a scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience performing tissue staining with fluorescent antibodies, cell imaging via computer-aided microscopy, and quantitation of fluorescence data
