About the Position:
I am currently seeking out a very strong Mechanical and/or Heavy Diesel background:  3+ years of experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, diesel repair, diesel rebuild, trouble shooting.  Must be able to work within a team environment.

·         Must have a valid Drivers License prefer CDL

·         3+ years as a diesel mechanic and/or completion of recognized heavy equipment or diesel program

·         Technical degree, certificate or diploma in diesel engines, electronics, or equivalent amount of experience

·         Diagnoses and repairs problems in the areas of engine, component parts and various other vehicle items

·         Must be able to make decisions on whether an engine/or other vehicle component can continue to operate or should be repaired/replaced, based on best overall value and safety

·         May have responsibilities for initial estimation of required repairs, timeline for repairs or an understanding of when to direct the estimation to a Mechanic who can further diagnose

·         A strong work ethic and ability to be accountable for decisions and trusted to get the job done and done right to technical, safety, and customer satisfaction

·         Must be able to pass the physical and drug screen
