Fleet Maintenance if the largest fleet service provider in the Florida Panhandle. We are a Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling, Cummins, Spartan and Deutz certified dealer. We are currently in search of 3 qualified technicians with at least 5 years of industry knowledge and experience who already have or are willing to achieve certifications in Freightliner, Cummins, Deutz, Spartan, etc.

Positions available in Panama City and Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on diesel / gas trucks and equipment
• Conduct fuel and electrical diagnostics with limited supervision
• Complete necessary repairs and parts replacement
• Accurately complete written record of work performed
• Maintain a clean work and shop area as directed

Primary Duties:

• Engine diagnostic and repair
• Air / Hydraulic brakes
• Suspensions
• Transmission Repair
• Clutch replacement
• A/C repair
• Computer diagnostics
• Electronic skills

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
• Must have the ability to have effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers
• Must have own tools
• Must possess valid clear driver's license and possess or have ability to have CDL license
• ASE and or other certifications a plus
• Must be willing to attend schooling or online courses for Freightliner, Cummins, certifications
• Ability to perform physical requirements for the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
