The Digital Director is responsible for the design and programming of digital marketing solutions including social networking, web, new media, blog, etc. Experienced in all aspects of digital marketing, the Digital Director manages all digital components both in-house and outsourced. As the agency’s digital leader, the Digital Director’s role includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with client services, account teams, creative and new business. The Digital Director reports to the VP of Creative Services.
· Manage internet digital marketing and social networking strategy for our clients, including planning and overall execution of initiatives
· Work with Creative Director to develop project plans for digital output
· Explore and evaluate emerging digital marketing opportunities; report on internet research, analysis and trends
· Participate in new business development and pitches
· Maintain communications with senior members of other departments to ensure all client needs are being addressed
· Educates agency on digital capabilities and processes
· Responsible for ensuring that all marketing/brand-building objectives and goals are met while maintaining the strategic vision of the brand
· Lead and participate in the development of relevant and attainable marketing metrics and ROI
· Utilize internal and external agency resources to provide on-target solutions
· Collaborate and consult with senior management to foster the agency vision of Legacy’s digital capabilities
· Accountable for staying within parameters of budget and communicate to client and/or senior level management if changes are made
· Ensure compliance with agency internet strategy and policies
· Ensure compliance with FTC and internet standards and guidelines across the web and other digital areas
