Experienced Field Technician

Complete Office Solutions is a Dallas/Garland based company.  If you have an interest in technology and have technical experience, this may be the position for you!  Complete Office Solutions Digital Field Service Engineers provide repair and service support to our customer base, working with analog, digital, networked and integrated business equipment. 

As a Digital Field Service Engineer, you will be required to repair and maintain all assigned equipment to recommended standards and specifications.  Strong customer relation skills are also a requirement.  You will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.  You will also be in charge of ordering and maintaining your own parts inventory for both your car and in-house inventory.  Complete Office Solutions offers rebuilt equipment, the desired candidate will share the responsibility with other technicians of in-shop refurbishing of equipment to make ready for sales.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years working on both color and black & white Canon copiers.  We are looking for a technician that will be able to start in the field immediately with little supervision.  Experience is a must for the position.  Complete Office Solutions offers a competitive compensation package as well as mileage and a car allowance.  Medical benefits are provided after 90 days of employment.

Applicant must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and their own transportation.
