Senior Product Manager Job Title

Description: The Anthem Innovation Studio consists of high performing, cross functional, and co-located teams of individuals working together to provide unique value to the Anthem organization and our members.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our collaborative team in Midtown Atlanta. This person will thrive as a leader on an agile team, understanding the market and industry, bridging the business needs with the solution requirements and accelerating the delivery of ready to execute solutions. The Senior Product Manager will also support innovation workshops and assist in the full implementation of the innovation process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the innovation studio and Anthem enterprise teams to design and deliver ready to execute solutions

* Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to accelerate the development of innovations

* Work with Studio team and executive stakeholders to gain alignment on vision, MVP and pilot scope

* Communicate solution strategy and details to all relevant participants and keep stakeholders up to date on product process and progress

* Gather high level business requirements and identify capabilities and features for development

* Work with engineering teams to create the conceptual solution architecture to support innovation solutions

* Collaborate with research and UX/UI to deliver visual prototypes for consumer testing

* Document process flows, epics, stories and related transition documentation for enterprise development

* Lead a studio scrum team using Agile best practices to produce required deliverables for ready to execute solutions

* Maintain the product roadmap, create project schedules and communicate project status

* Outstanding ability to synthesize and articulate both business and technical concepts

* Self-motivated, process oriented with a high attention to detail

  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanba), Jira, Confluence,

* Familiarity with Design Thinking principles, project & product management

* Understanding of current technology environment & cutting-edge products, services and companies

* Understanding of current healthcare landscape and its opportunities

* Intellectual curiosity and keenness to be involved in making a difference

* Ability to think creatively to solve problems

* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

* Comfortable with shifting priorities and timelines

* Ability to manage multiple strategic partnerships and relationships

* Effective presentation & facilitation skills

* Ability to communicate with and present to all levels of management

* Willingness to try new things and fail

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of product management experience, 4+ years of experience working in an agile environment, 2+ year of healthcare and technology domain experience

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree, Design Thinking certifications, Agile certifications
