Digital Sales Lead
WHAT YOU DO
  • Enthusiastically sell digital products, such as eBooks and eBook Readers and related accessories, and deliver world-class customer service through your understanding of and passion for technology
  • See sales as an opportunity to enrich the customer’s experience by sharing knowledge and finding the right solutions or products to meet his or her needs
  • Make the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring for all customers while meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Give multiple customers a personalized experience at the same time
  • Stay up to date on competitive digital/electronic products
WHAT’S REQUIRED
  • Demonstrated prior experience closing sales on products or services to customers
    Outgoing personality, comfortable engaging customers in conversations
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong listening skills
  • Thorough knowledge of, passion for, and interest in technology, especially digital devices
  • Ability to translate technology into easy-to-understand terms and to speak with all kinds of customers, from first-time users to the most technologically proficient
  • Flexible work schedule
