The Tuscaloosa News, a New York Times Company, is seeking a Digital Sales Team Leader. The successful candidate will manage all categories of digital sales and will be motivated to meet and exceed digital revenue goals by working directly with all account executives and management. The candidate will be required to implement and monitor digital initiatives, provide and manage digital reporting, plan and implement staff digital education, make daily sales calls and support and develop digital retention efforts/initiatives.
Knowledge of digital media advertising, a minimum of (1) year sales experience, and a college degree in marketing, advertising, or new media is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
