Dining Room Manager:

You will manage large upscale off-site catered events and handle client communication with high-end clientele.   You will also be responsible for studying event related details, preparing written timelines, and will be on site for assigned events from start to finish including setup and breakdown.  Additional office duties will require great organizational skills and a good understanding of how to use e-mail, as well as a familiarity with Microsoft office.
