Albertina Kerr Centers, the leading providerof services to Oregonians with developmental disabilities and mentalhealth challenges, seeks direct care workers for its residential andcommunity based programs.

Life Enrichment Specialists provide direct care andsupport to adults living in our small, community-based residentialgroup homes for people with developmental disabilities.

Training Specialists provide direct care and support to people in our community inclusion day programs for adults with developmental disabilities.

Our direct care workers provide assistance with activities of dailyliving, participate in enrichment and community activities, and similartasks for the people we serve, and on the job training is provided. 

Applicants must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, beable to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift,have a valid driver's license and be able to meet our drivingrequirements, and be able to pass a criminal history check and drugtest.
