New Business Development Sales Representative

Full time position

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 plus commission, Bonus and a full compensation package including medical, dental, life, Aflac, vacation and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:

·         3-5 years Sales experience for Direct Mail Advertising Company.

·         Strong sales experience, book of business a plus.

·         Good telephone skills with the ability to cold call and follow-up on leads.

·         Able to make Sales Presentations; good speaking voice; Great time-management, written, communication and organizational skills required.

·         Able to hit the ground running without any hand holding; proven track record essential.

·         Must be self motivated.

·         Professional appearance is essential.

·         College education or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer sales development.
• Assume the role as Team leader, will be able to pass projects onto Account Managers.
• Oversee strategic development as well as creative and production.
• Cultivate long-term mutually satisfying relationships.
