Job Description:

 

The Direct Marketing Manager will manage and coordinate the majority of the company’s marketing activities working to expand market share, improve positioning, and build HA into THE market leader. This is a great opportunity for a self-directed individual who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment to help build a brand new business from the ground up by leveraging their direct marketing expertise.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables across internal cross-functional team to ensure programs are complete, are on budget and achieve revenue objectives
  • Oversee campaign tracking, reporting and analysis via Salesforce.com to determine performance and provide recommendations
  • Continuously augment prospecting database through industry profiling
  • Compile and manage competitive and industry knowledge
  • Develop compelling messages that communicate HA Advantage’s  unique business value
  • Develop marketing materials and sales tools such as competitive documents, web site content, solution data sheets, white papers, and presentations

 

Successful candidates will have 3 – 5 years of direct marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success in marketing to financial and transportation executives in mid to large size companies. Strong written and verbal skills with a good understanding of direct marketing and lead generation are key. Must be results oriented with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding goals. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills. Experience with Salesforce.com, S.P.I.N selling, and Miller Heiman strategic selling process preferred. Working knowledge of html, MS Access, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint. BA/BS required.
