Direct Account Manager Position in the Aerospace Industry located in the South East Region of the United States. Position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and service functions for surface treatments, lubricants and structural adhesives for the OEM and subcontractors of aircraft designers and manufacturers.


 

 


What we offer


Implement management and growth plans that are commensurate with overall business objectives and strategies. Promote and commercialize new technologies within strategic Direct Accounts.Recognize competitive forces and prepare sales strategies to offset the competition.Knowledge of the market and of the major applications and technologies that are utilized in the Aerospace industry. Establish a complete target list, documenting growth potential by application and location in ACE/Capris.Interact with Technical Service, Marketing and Key Account Management to promote new specifications and drawings to Tier 1 customers. Identify new technologies, markets or innovations of existing technologies to promote growth, new product introduction and value to our Direct Customers. Effectively communicate progress and requirements to obtain the resources necessary to successfully reach the established objectives.Perform monthly business reviews on the territory performance and adjust priorities in order to deliver planned OSG Approximately 50% Travel Required

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


BA/BS Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, business or related discipline strongly desired.Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or technical service function in a manufacturing environment required.Require adhesives, sealants, coatings, composites or surface treatments for the Aerospace, Automotive or Medical Device industries.Excellent sales, presentation/communication skills.Knowledge and experience of Value Added Selling.Strong negotiation skills.Experience in working with computer based tools.
