We are currently recruiting for a Direct Sales Supervisor (swing shift) to join our Direct Sales team at our World Headquarters in Vancouver, WA. 


 


SUMMARY


 


This position is responsible for supervising a team of Sales Professionals in an inbound/outbound call center to assure customer satisfaction and maximize sales productivity for the Direct Consumer Division by performing the following duties.


 


 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.


 


·         Coaches, motivates and supervises Direct Sales Professionals in both outbound and inbound sales activities including goal setting, trending analysis, call quality and sales modeling. 


 


·         Directly responsible for hiring, training and career development tracking of sales professionals.


 


·         Evaluates call center Sales Professional’s performance levels through various reporting and sales analysis tools.


 


·         Advises call center Sales Professionals, as needed, on complex sales or customer service scenarios.


 


·         Receives and provides problem resolutions of escalated customer calls.


 


·         Monitors, records, and evaluates calls for quality assurance and federal compliance standards and ensures company policies are followed.


 


·         Develops, designs and implements incentive rewards programs for call center Sales Professionals.


 


·         Monitors and reports sales market data, consumer feedback, Ad Id assignments, lead generation tracking, offers and promotions, consumer feedback and competitive information to assist with marketing analysis internally.


 


·         Administration of employees’ time off requests, shift bidding, work schedule, reporting and offers training.


 


·         All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested, including various projects and cross functional engagement.


 


 


 


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES


 


Directly supervises up to 15 employees in the Direct Sales Call Center.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, Hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals.  Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


 


Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
