CoWorx is seeking candidates for a temporary opportunity doing inside sales/ telemarketing. Successful candidates will be energetic, with a great attitude and a desire to win.
The ideal candidate would perform the following duties:
-Sells products and services over the telephone in while working in a professional office environment
-Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
-Meet or exceed sales call goals of 50-100 calls a day
-Advises customers by providing information on products and services.
-Documents sales in a CRM system
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Responsible for tracking and communicating sales activity in a customer relationship management system
-Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required, College Degree desired
- At least 5 years of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone skills
- Past experience using CRM system
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and problem-resolution skills.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
