General Duties:
- Staff, supervise, train, and manage an aggressive, goal-oriented student admissions team.
- Set goals for Admissions Department and Representatives
- Partner with the Corporate Advertising Department and provide feedback to ensure steady lead flow.
- Manage lead flow and distribution.
- Oversee student projection, drop rate and retention.
- Manage vacancy scheduling.
- 5- and 30-day student progress tracking.
- Work with Admissions Representatives on student candidate issues.
- Enrollment process including inquiry, phone screen, interview, and enrollment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ proprietary education experience.
- Post secondary education experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire employees.
- MS Office experience. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
