My client is a progressive community hospital which provides quality inpatient care and an array of ambulatory services to the area. Under the leadership of a strategic CEO the hospital continues to expand programs, specialty centers and physician offices. It is also affiliated with a major medical school in the region.  The location offers a community atmosphere and is also easily accessible to major cities like Boston and New York City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

They seek a talented Director of Behavioral Health who will oversee a 14 bed inpatient unit. He/she will be responsible for staff direction, budgets, and quality outcomes. He/she will also ensure compliance with regulations and work with Department of Mental Health.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree preferred, RN Degree a Must

Strong experience in Behavioral Health

Demonstrated accomplishments in leadership and management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
