You'll need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid presentation skills, along with a strong interest in continuous learning and development. Your ability to motivate and coach a team will serve you well, as will your ability to delegate tasks and work with a variety of support people. A background in digital and interactive media is a plus.
