Director, Business Development ManTech Technical Services Group established itself as an industry leader in worldwide technology support providing support to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force as well as other key Department of Defense customers and we would like to consider YOU as part of our team. The successful candidate will act as Lead Business Development representative to TACOM. SECRET clearance is required for this critical role.Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in TACOM, it's subordinate organizations and related markets at Warren, Michigan and other locations as required.. Identifies, qualifies and develops business opportunities focused on building and maintaining appropriate revenue stream to meet and exceed Technical Services Group goals. Establishes and nurtures relationships with current and potential clients to ascertain their requirements and apprise them of Technical Services Group capabilities. Works, coordinates and exchanges information and leads with Business Unit's Business Development staff, managers and other personnel. Responsible for monthly and quarterly business development metrics. Works closely with Capture Managers to develop winning proposals based upon well executed business plans and partnerships to similar or complementary companies. Develops market strategies and coordinates and delivers annual Business Development/Operations Strategic Plan. Performs research and establishes contacts to develop leads and create business opportunities. Supports Technical Services Group at industry and marketing events. Prepares management briefings, program review and reports. Contributes to development of business plans, marketing materials and managers/coordinates show/exhibition participation. Participates in special projects as needed. Identification of business opportunities and entry in GovWin. Conduct all gate reviews, BAP based and inprocess reviews. The successful candidate will act as a ManTech liaison and point of contact to TACOM and its subordinate organizations. Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and twelve to fifteen years of related experience. Solid foundation in Army Logistics Maintenance or Supply Chain Management needed. Experience with TACOM or AMC is desired. The preferred candidate will have COSCOM or DISCOM experience in field support. Prior experience in business development, capture or proposal management, government process and knowledge of FAA is preferred.
