Director Business Development and Strategy – North America

The Director of Business Development and Strategy will act as a compass for strategy, direction, and growth of the business unit.  Reporting to the executive team, the Director will have complete oversight to manage and grow a robust portfolio of Parenteral Products. 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree is required.  Advanced degree including MBA is preferred.  Formal education in a scientific discipline is also preferred.
  • Demonstrated success executing strategic initiatives including: in-licensing, out-licensing, alliance management, and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Minimum of 12+ years combined experience in Program Management / Project Management, Business Development, and Market Research & Analysis for North American Drug Manufacturers. 
  • Accustomed to leading Strategy for large, multi-product portfolios that include Branded and Generic Parenteral Products. 
  • Articulate and accustomed to interfacing with the Executive team, Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Global Sourcing and potential business partners.
  • Experience with liquid and or lyophilized Oncology products is a plus.
  • Ability to travel.
