We are currently seeking a Director who will be responsible for developing, directing, and providing leadership to three business units that comprise our Business Systems Support group: Business Analysis, QA/UAT testing, and Data Analysis teams. This is a newly created position that will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the senior management team.

The Director, Business Systems Support will be responsible for working closely with internal business units and our Information Technology group to determine business units system functionality needs and to ensure those needs are fairly prioritized, scheduled, and implemented in future system releases.

This position does not reside in our Information Technology group, and is not focused on programming. We are not looking for individuals with a software development background as much as we are seeking candidates with solid understanding of the SDLC, strong project management skills, proven management experience, and familiarity with business analysis from the user (business) perspective.
