- Manages the activities associated with receiving and processing eligibility data for Group Insurance products (Life, Disability and Dental).
- Conduct process analysis, design or redesign of multiple, integrated work flows and processes to ensure that processes are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient.
- Supports strategic direction of business by ensuring continued customer focus, enhancing and increasing productivity through the introduction of changes to the business units' policies, practices, procedures, technology and/or tools.
- Possesses broad knowledge of eligibility processing as well as sound business/industry knowledge.
- Responsible for systems, business and process functions.
