Excellent Leadership Opportunity with a leading Lansing Organization!
Lead all aspects of engineering, utilities, maintenance, facilities services, construction management, facilities planning and capital project management at the Lansing campus. Leadership and performance management of Facilities Manager and the Engineering Manager who are responsible for leading a staff of 60 full-time, contract and limited term employees. Maintain the annual CAPEX budget of $5MM-$7MM and OPEX budget of $7MM. Focus is to maintain and improve the following functions: managing calibration, preventative and corrective maintenance programs, facilities resource planning, managing the central utility plant, capital planning, master planning, capital project management and CAD.
MUST HAVE:
· A minimum of 12 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment
· 5+ years in a leadership role.
· Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and/or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) a plus.
· BS in an Engineering or Management discipline from an accredited university
· Excellent Communications (Written & Verbal)
