Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Finance responsible for all aspects of Business Banking Finance. This position reports directly to the CFO of Consumer and Business Banking Finance. Business Banking Finance staff management, development and engagement are key elements needed for this position.
Responsible for all aspects of Business Banking Finance including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, product pricing and special projects.
Responsible in broad terms for identifying issues, risks and opportunities existing in the company's financials, synchronizing the financial impacts and communicating the findings to senior and executive management in a concise manner.
Apply a comprehensive understanding of metrics to provide value-added analysis and high-impact recommendations to executive management.
Drive and oversee the development and enhancement of mainframe and desktop-based reporting to support business planning and performance management.
Conducts scenario planning and complex desktop modeling to support executive management decision-making. Provide comprehensive business analysis, decision support and financial guidance to executive management and Business Banking senior management. Support budgeting, tracking, strategic planning and monthly forecasting.
Responsible for directing, managing and developing the Business Banking Finance Team.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Finance or Accounting combined with demonstrated experience with a high level of Financial Analysis. MBA, CPA or CFA in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
8+ years of high-impact work experience involving quantitative, financial or business analysis.
8+ years of demonstrated team leadership and people management required.
Loan and deposit balance sheet modeling required.
Excellent analytical skills and related business knowledge.
Ability to leverage: data manipulation, databases, Access & Excel. Hyperion Essbase knowledge required.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and project management skills.
Flexible to work overtime as required. Ability to travel as needed.
Superior written/verbal communications skills.
Ability to interactive independently with all levels of management.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
