Partner’s IT Staffing Division is looking to add an experienced Director, IT Staffing/Sales to our growing operation in our Atlanta, GA office. The qualified individual will become a part of a dynamic team driving new business within the IT Staffing vertical. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering monthly revenue numbers in the information technology staff augmentation industry.

Roles/Responsibilities:

·         Manage day to day branch operations sales and recruiting.

·         Consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual performance numbers.

·         Full P&L responsibility.

·         Lead, train and staff a growing internal staff.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Branch Management experience, including P&L and  Sales Staffing Management
• 7+ years success selling, building relationships in the IT Staffing services industry for either contingent or direct hire permanent placement
• Experience executing client development through various methods intended to qualify customers for IT staffing services
• The ideal candidate will be looking for longevity within our company, the ambition to exceed sales goals and the desire to work with an outstanding staff team
