Responsible for developing and executing marketing communications strategies and programs to support the needs of the company; partner with Executive management, business units, and marketing staff to design and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing communications plans; oversee the development, design, copywriting, vendor relationships, approvals, and internal and external communications required to complete all company marketing communications projects; develop and oversee the marketing communications budget. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing or related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Minimum five years experience in the marketing communications field, minimum two years in a supervisory or leadership role, and intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Strongly prefer the following:

• Experience in developing comprehensive marketing communications campaigns for telecommunications and public safety
• Proven experience working with video productions
• Excellent writing skills (e.g. case studies, sales collateral, press releases)
• Public relations experience
• Extensive work with C-level executives
• Experience in managing content for large scale events
• Experience in managing remote organizations
• Public safety experience
