Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is a new residential real estate company with a growing network of local brokerage offices.

We are currently looking for a Director, Marketing to work for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Job Summary:

Provide competitive market intelligence report on competing, emerging and substitute brands general marketing strategies and campaigns product elements.  Lead managing adoption of, and support in executing brand standards by affiliates and liaison with broker services.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead on creative agency management, and creation of marketing assets

·         Lead on marketing execution for events

·         Work with the SVP as required to run/create campaigns to enhance the BHGRE brand image nationwide, reinforce top-of-mind awareness, and stimulate preference

·         Take the lead on the creation and finalization of web content and delivery to VP of Interactive development in accordance with publishing plan

·         Work with the SVP of marketing on the creation of video content

·         Bring key insight on and identify marketing and advertising opportunities for BHGRE to support stated marketing objectives

·         Providing competitive market intelligence report (monthly) on competing, emerging and substitute brands general marketing strategies and campaigns product elements.

·         Lead managing adoption of, and support in executing brand standards by affiliates and liaison with broker services

·         Assist SVP with budget management

·         Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• Must have 7-10 years marketing/advertising experience
• Experience with online and interactive marketing
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships, and influence others
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Results orientation
