FIRST ATLANTIC, a credit union based in Eatontown, NJ has been serving Monmouth and Ocean counties for 75 years.  We have an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Marketing Director to join its team!

Responsibilities will include spearheading the many marketing and business development initiatives to help grow our organization, as well as managing the marketing, research, public relations, and sales functions of the credit union.  This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all advertising and promotional activities; overseeing and evaluating market research; adjusting marketing strategy to meet changing technological, demographic, and competitive conditions, and managing the daily functions of the marketing department.  To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years experience in marketing administration with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.  Banking or Credit Union experience preferred.  Experience developing campaigns, ROI models, and Customer Relationship Management database experience is a plus.  Please submit resume, with a letter of interest that references position title and includes your salary requirement.
