Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is a new residential real estate company with a growing network of local brokerage offices.

We are currently looking for a Director, Marketing Services & Resource Management to work for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Job Summary:

Manage requests and project pipeline for marketing services requests such as collateral production, marketing asset production, review and editorial services.  Manage formal briefing process to collect requests from Broker Services, Product Development and any other internal department.  Manage projects across all aspects of marketing.  Provide budget and resource allocation support against priorities and major projects

Key Responsibilities:

•      Strategic project management and resource allocation across marketing projects and campaigns

•      Key liaison point between Marketing and Realogy shared services

•      \Marketing Services Requests/Traffic Management and Resource allocation

•      Publish weekly marketing production schedule

•      Publication of overall Marketing Dashboard/KPIs in conjunction with SVP marketing

•      Work in conjunction with the other members of marketing (content creation and editorial planning) to execute editorial and web publishing plan effectively

•      Allocate resources in order to meet production deadlines     

•      Key point of management between BHGRE and external agencies

•      Assist SVP with strategic budget management

•      Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or IT or related field is required

·         A minimum of 10 years of corporate project management experience

·         Ability to clearly represent ideas and recommendations to senior management

·         Ability to work with all levels of management

·         Highly proficient communication skills – verbal, written and platform.

·         Ability to manage projects to deadlines

·         Results oriented

·         Proven leadership capabilities

·         Ability to interact and work closely with a team

·         Exceptional listening skills
