This position is for an upscale non-profit, private pay Continuing Care Retirement Community and is responsible for overseeing all nursing and personal care for 92 residents.
Requirements Include:
•Four-year college degree or sufficient combination of
education and experience
•Management experience including staffing and scheduling
•Experience with budgetary planning, implementation and compliance
•Effective verbal and written communication skills
•Must consistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability,
and professionalism
•SC Licensed nurse (LPN or RN), or licensed CRCF administrator
preferred
The successful candidate will also possess experience in long-term care, commitment to quality, and appreciation for mission.
