Director of Information Services – Revenue Cycle
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Information Services – Revenue Cycle has responsibility for the operational financial/billing infrastructure, supporting the IS business enterprise, to include daily management of staff, comprehensive project management of mission critical applications and the service delivery mandate for the customer support. In consolidation with theses identified mandates the Director will monitor and structure a new manner and means of delivery of the high quality service mandates assigned his or her department.
The Director of Information Service – Revenue Cycle will be accountable for a staff of initially 20 - 25 FTEs. As an integral member of the IS leadership team, the Director IS – Revenue Cycle will work in partnership with leaders of the departments other IS groups. In collaboration with his or her partners on the IS leadership team, the Director of Information Services-Revenue Cycle is responsible and accountable for assuring successful outcomes of all revenue, billing and accounts receivable activities. To that end, the Director will manage and set priorities, develop program content and scope of activities, manage the activities of direct reports (e.g., managers), assure staff resources are adequate and aligned to support operating requirements.
