Latrobe, PA. Maintain technology environment including Desktop and user support, Exchange/Outlook email system, and LAN and WAN operations. Evaluate and recommend support policies and procedures for desktops, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewall, VPN, server system software and hardware systems, web hardware and connectivity. Customer service oriented. Supervise Help Desk and Desktop Analysts. Support technology staff, applications support, desktop support, lab support, networking and media services and project management. Certification preferred in Security+, Network+, i-Net+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support. Requirements: Bachelors Degree with at least 30 credits of course work in computer related studies and three years experience.
