CSSCorp a SEI CMM Level 4 organization based out of San Jose, CA is looking for Dynamic and Aggressive Director Sales or experienced Business development Managers to be a part of the CSS's Sales Team.

Primary Skill   
New Business Development as a hunter for end to end product lifecycle services sales to ISV / technology vendors (software companies) across vertical domain,  horizontal, systems software, platform software vendors (Non-Hardware / appliance based) including SaaS players.

Hunting, CxO Presentations, Networking, market development, business development, contract negotiations
Secondary  Skill    Ability to cold call, network, plan for the market, reach-out strategy, RFI / RFP response co-ordination 


Job description
•    A proven track record in the Software Services sales with consistent over achievement of sales quota on this high pressure role
•    Product Lifecycle Services targeting to ISV's / Technology creators (Horizontal, Vertical and Platform vendors)
      o    Product Development, Product Sustenance & EOL Support
      o    Product Testing (Functional, Automation, Compatibility, Performance Testing)
      o    Product Technical Support (Enterprise Software Applications, platform software vendors)
      o    Remote Infrastructure Management Services to SaaS / On-Demand players
•    Understanding of the software product development lifecycle
•    Ability to engage with the CTO / VP Engineering / VP of QA / VP of Customer / Technical Support
•    Business acumen: Industry and domain knowledge
•    Passion for technology
    o    A keen sense of technology trends and customer needs. Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Be able to articulate the value and benefits of CSS Group's PLS services.
•    Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships
•    Typical hunter attitude to do cold calling to create your own leads.
•    Develop, implement, and manage our PLS business strategy, from a business / market development and sales perspective. This is an individual contributor position that carries a sales quota.
•    Accurately forecasts revenue streams. Develop budgets and projections for our lines of business.
•    Execute targeted sales campaigns. Coordinate with our marketing and business development teams in developing market campaign themes and collateral.
•    Recognize client business challenges and team up with internal delivery functions & sales support to generate winning responses to RFP's.
•    Be a brand ambassador for the PLS SBU. While you are responsible for revenue achievement, there should be no compromise to the quality and business value that we deliver to our customers. You will create 100% satisfied and referenceable customers.
