We are conducting a nationwide search for a Director or Vice President of Marketing.  Our client is a leading Food Ingredient company that is experiencing fast growth, who is backed by one of the most respected, top food companies worldwide.  The company offers their customers value added and commodity, ingredient and flavor  solutions and application technology across a wide range of manufacturing processes.

This candidate will be responsible for the general management of the company’s Ingredients categories.  In the role, the incumbent will provide active leadership in the business development, market assessment, innovation, public relations, top-to-top customer relations development and market strategy development.  He or she will have P&L responsibility and will manage 3-10 direct reports with strong opportunities to advance .

Candidates must have experience tracking commodity markets and buying futures, as well as managing pricing.  The successful candidate will have worked in a leading ingredients company, managed a P&L, managed people and will have a minimum 7-10 years experience in business management, sales/marketing or operations in the food industry.
