Reporting into the Corporate Controller, this individual will have a highly visible role in a prominent technology company. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for handling a variety of duties including: preparation of SEC filings, review of sales tax and property tax returns, general ledger maintenance, oversight of the close process, supervision of accounting staff, US GAAP and IFRS guidance, SOX, and coordination of year-end audits and quarterly reviews with the external auditors. 6+ years relevant accounting experience, with a strong preference for a combination of public accounting and private industry experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or like. CPA preferred.
