Director of Admissions- Albuquerque

The Director of Admissions is a management position, responsible for the administrative coordination of the admissions department. Reporting to the Campus Director, this individual is responsible for meeting the objectives for admissions, keeping the Campus Director informed of issues related to day-to-day operation of the admissions department and to function as a liaison with the other departments of the College. 

• Assists in the recruitment and hiring of all Admissions Department personnel.
• Assists in the training of new hires and in-service training of continuing members of the Admissions Department team on the campus.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of high standards of professional practice.
• Supports Admissions Representatives in achieving individual and department enrollment goals.
• Works with the campus Executive Director in carrying out the employee review process.
• Meets regularly with department to motivate department members and create a team atmosphere.
• Works with the campus Executive Director to periodically assess whether or not admissions policies are meeting the goals of the campus.
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

• College degree preferred.
• Admissions or intangible sales experience required.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate others; strong communication skills.
