Our Online Division is located in Carmel, Indiana.

Description:


The Director of Admissions will manage, coach and help to develop a team of Admissions Representatives. 



  • Meeting and exceeding enrollment budgets and initiatives
  • Actively participate in the interviewing and hiring of new enrollment team members
  • Work with the Vice President of Admissions to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved from their team and themselves
  • Have the authority to initiate disciplinary action as well as rewarding those who excel professionally in their work environment
  • Execute performance reviews for each advisor and provide coaching and development for both individual advisors and their team

 


Requirements:


·  Manage daily functions of their respective enrollment team


·  Strive to meet and/or exceed set enrollment targets on a regular basis


·  Positively and with consistency, coach, mentor and train admissions representatives 


·  Contribute to the organization by developing best practices with other managers


·  Perform and execute quarterly reviews and submit annual reviews for approval


·  Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new admissions staff


·  Help to develop new strategies for success for admission


·  Work on assigned committees and teams within the organization as needed


·  Work with academics in communicating new policies and changes that impact enrollment


·  Call Center Telephone Manager


 Education and Experience: 


·  Bachelors Degree required


·  Masters Degree highly preferred.


·  At least 3-5 years of Sales Management experience is required


·  Proven track record of leadership, innovation and business acumen


·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet applications


·  Proven track record of organizational, relationship management, and communication skills


·  Ability to inspire and lead a team of highly competent sales professionals


·  Ability to excel in a fast paced, collaborative environment


·  Work well with both internal and external customers
