This position is for an upscale, non-profit, private pay continuing care retirement community, and oversees all nursing and personal care for 92 residents and supervises the residential care staff.

Requirements Include:

• Four-year college degree or sufficient combination of education and experience


• Management experience including staffing and scheduling


• Experience with budgetary planning, implementation and compliance


• Effective verbal and written communication skills


• Must consistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and professionalism


• SC Licensed nurse (LPN or RN), or licensed CRCF administrator preferred
