Job Description:
· Supervise branch operations for 6 branch locations.
· Answer questions from members and staff regarding problem transactions and explain policies and procedures to members.
· Responsible for maintaining proper internal controls for teller operations at all branches.
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of professional services at all branch locations.
· Assist in policy development so policies remain current.
· Responsible for all branch procedures and procedure manuals.
· Perform annual evaluations of Branch Managers and review evaluations on all branch employees.
· Assist Branch Managers with work schedules and employee supervision.
· Ensure that all branch locations are consistent in the way services are provided to our members. Ensure that all procedures are identical for all branches.
· Manage branch development efforts to increase membership at all offices.
· Monitor security features at all branch locations.
· Manage ATM servicing at branches and any off-site ATM locations.
Qualifications:
· Requires extensive knowledge of all teller functions and credit union products and policies. Prior supervisory experience required.
· Knowledge of the credit union philosophy required.
· A minimum of 5 years experience in a teller and/or member service area of a credit union or financial institution required.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
