Director of Business Development
One of our top clients, a well established and growing General Contractor in Charlotte, NC is quietly searching for an expert in business development, growth and relationship building to help them continue their expansion.
They have done an excellent job of establishing their niche in design-build healthcare construction market, and are beginning to establish a presence with private university and school work, as well through central and southern NC. They have developed a tremendous reputation for quality, integrity, and standards of excellence and have long-standing, repeat business clientele in place. They are very focused on bringing the right person into their organization that can help to continue this in expanding their client base and geographical presence.
The right fit will be an individual with proven success in building and growing relationships, preferably local to the Charlotte market, with a strong understanding of design-build construction and how the process works from an operational standpoint, not just a "one hit, move on type of sale", and how to transition to a partnership, solution oriented mentality with clients.
