In more than 85 percent of the markets served, my client's hospitals are the sole provider of healthcare services.

My client is in need of a superstar Director of Case Management for one their facilities near Tulsa, OK. With 90+ beds, this facility needs a difference-maker who is able to help manage the change necessary to make this facility a shining star. Boasting a vast array of services in a very affordable community, the selected candidate will enjoy a great standard of living for a leading employer in the community. For profit experience preferred but not required. Will consider manager and charge nurse level candidates in larger hospitals.

The selected candidate will have the following

• Current Oklahoma State license (or eligible) for Registered Nurse.

• BSN preferred.

• Minimum of two (2) years hospital nursing experience.

• Minimum of two (2) years experience working with prospective payment activities (DRG'S, U.R. PRO).

• Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with physicians, nursing staff, department managers and other hospital staff.
